We’re looking for a mid to senior career Objects Conservator to join our dynamic, supportive team. You’ll work both in our professional studio in Somersby on the NSW Central Coast and on-site across Sydney and regional NSW.

What You’ll Do
- Hands-on conservation of a wide range of objects and materials (working independently and as part of a team)
- Site-based work including sculptures, monuments, and built heritage
- Condition assessments, treatment proposals, and documentation
- Mentoring junior staff and contributing to project planning
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8+ years’ experience in objects conservation
- Strong site-based skills, especially with public art, bronze sculptures and memorials or built heritage
- Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills
- Leadership and project management experience
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel for regional projects
- Relevant qualifications and professional memberships (e.g. AICCM, ICON)
